To begin the process, all you need to do is call and talk with a CRE travel representative and you are on your way to a world of adventure. The following resources are available to help you choose your trip and ensure that you are properly prepared for your vacation in Belize:

• Reservation staff that have first-hand knowledge of our trips and all aspects of travel in Belize.
• Access to special airline fares to Belize from any major city in North America. Working together we will help you to find the airline that offers your best flight option.
• Detailed trip itineraries describing the day-by-day activities and accommodations on each trip.
• Assistance and advice from our experienced reservation staff if you are planning independent travel before or after your trip.

Reserve space on a Belize trip in 4 Easy Steps!

To ensure that you have a better understanding of the process in which to contact us and book a trip, we have outlined the steps involved in booking your adventure of a lifetime. The schedule for booking a trip is as follows:

Step 1:

• Call 1-800-297-6927 or email info@nahanni.com
  • Contact us to discuss with an CRE representative which trip is best suited for you or your group.
    • We will confirm availability of your preferred departure, and then ensure your international flight arrangements organized for the proper arrival and departure days. You may choose to make your flight arrangements on your own, or we can assist you with these arrangements by contacting a number of our connections in the airline industry. Also, if you are planning on exploring Belize on your own, either before or after your trip with CRE, we can help begin the planning process.

Step 2:

• Obtain the Trip Registration form from our office
  • Once you have chosen the trip that is right for you, established that we have space on your preferred departure, and confirmed your flight arrangements, contact our office for a copy of the trip registration form. You may also download the trip registration form from the following:
    • Trip Registration Form - Regular Season Departures (Dec. 1-14 & Jan. 2 - end of season)
    • Trip Registration Form - Holiday Season Departures (Dec. 15 - Jan. 1)

Step 3:

• Fax the Trip Registration form to our office
  • To book a trip, fill in the Trip Registration Form, and then fax it to our office at 1-867-668-3056. Registration can also be done by phone, email or mail. Simply call our office and we will assist you with all the details. A $200.00 deposit per trip is required to reserve your space. Deposits, payable to Nahanni River Adventures, can be made by cheque, credit card, or money order.

Step 4:

RESERVATION PROCESS UPON REGISTRATION:

• Upon receipt of your deposit and registration form we will send out your pre-trip package by mail, complete with background information on your destination, articles on wildlife, ecology etc., flight information, what to bring and how to pack. This package will help ready you for your adventure travel experience in Belize. Also included in your package will be a medical condition form and release of liability which you will need to complete, sign and return to our office.
• Full payment and the completed medical condition and release of liability form are due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving a place on a trip within 60 days of departure, final payment is due 7 days after you receive your pre-trip information package.
• Two weeks before your departure you will receive final trip rendezvous details by mail.
• One week prior to departure, we will contact you by phone to go over all the last minute details and ensure that you are comfortable with all of the arrangements.

The sales and administration office is available to you as a resource for any questions regarding Belize. Although we do send out a comprehensive pre-trip information package, outlining your arrival logistics and packing list, there are always questions that need to be answered. When Planning Your Trip...Think of "Day 0"
With CRE a seven day trip means seven days in the field, not 2 days of airline travel and 5 days of vacation. So on all CRE adventures we meet you the day before the trip is scheduled to begin. This is "Day 0" and has been conceived for your convenience and comfort. "Day 0" is your day to arrive in Belize before the trip starts, meet your fellow travelers, and to acclimatize to your new tropical environment. From there be it a short flight or a boat charter, your transportation and accommodation on this day are included in the trip cost.
