Dick BauerDick Bauer
Dick's lifetime work as a research biologist, naturalist and teacher has taken him to the Antarctic, Russia and remote islands throughout the South Pacific with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. When he is not guiding in Belize, Dick lives in Oregon where he can be close to his daughter and grandchildren. We have lost count on how many years Dick has led trips with us in Belize.

Jack WildeDean "Jack" Wilde
Dean has been leading trips on the sea for over a decade. A marine biologist with a lively curiosity with all things to do with the sea, he has gained a reputation as an exceptional teacher in the field. Dean is an accomplished sea kayaker and wilderness guide and is admired for his easy-going style and unflappable way of dealing with whatever comes his way.

Cait GoodCait Good
A paddler, naturalist and a marine biologist, Cait brings all here considerable energy and skills together to orchestrate great trips every time. Cait's addition to our Belize team adds a solid wilderness guide. We are excited to be working with Cait as she evolves into a world-class tropical sea kayak guide.

Jaime SharpJaime Sharp
