Growing up in Whitehorse Yukon, my mom and dad first bundled me up and took me down the Nahanni River on a family trip when I was two. There were many rivers after that, so I guess it’s in my genes. After completing the Adventure Guide program at Thompson Rivers University, I continued to follow my outdoor passions and build my repertoire. I have spent the last decades exploring rivers all over northern Canada, from watching the caribou migration on the Firth River to cooling my drink with icebergs at Alsek Lake.

When I’m not guiding, I enjoy escaping shoulder-season weather to travel and explore the world. You’ll also find me taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the Yukon has to offer – hunting, cross-country and backcountry skiing, hiking and more!
